carving pumpkins/taking pictures

just got back from carving pumpkins with my family. before that, jon's mother treated us to cookies and ice cream. i love family time. we laugh, share, and feel the love.

also, recently i got an iphone. with that, i also downloaded instagram -i was pumped and so ready to start 'grammin like all the rest of the cool kids.

i quickly found out that i had no idea what instagram really was. (#whatthecrapisahashtag -i just liked the pictures) i did not know it was yet another device to help connect to friends ... but i continued with it and began taking my pictures (without the adding friends part) long story short i made the unwise decision to share a photo on Facebook and now i have instagram friends. and i now am too self conscious to take pictures like the mad-picture-taking-woman i was hoping/planning to be... ha ha. still, I'm afraid i may be enjoying it a little too much...

something else i have been enjoying this week? taylor swift. yep. abbie(cute niece) and i quite enjoyed our car ride to and from the store. we were rockin out.
