i look forward to it every week.
even if it is just to go with her to run some errands. (somehow, stopping for lunch always finds a way to fit in too)
today, being a tuesday, i did just that.
only today, we went to my sister's tennis match together. (they won!)
as we watched the last Wildcat match play out in the large tennis bubble, we found ourselves looking for some heat.
once we found the giant heating vent, how could we not take our best model-wind-shots?
as we got lost in our (quiet) laughter, we noticed more laughter coming from somewhere else. apparently the rest of the girls tennis team found our photo shoot quite entertaining too...
also, today is my grandmother's birthday. (happy birthday grandma betty!)
i loved hearing my mom talk about how much she loves her mom, and how cool she thinks her mom is (she is cool). My favorite was listening to my mom tell me about her phone call with my grandma and how they secretly laughed to themselves as they lovingly made fun of my grandpa.
i am so grateful for these two women in my life. (and many others!)
i hope to one day be a cool as they are.
